SEA6000VX : With its automated X-Y-Z autochanger, the SEA6000VX allows simple and automated analysis of a selction of objects. It can also do a complete elemental map of the most complicated objects. It is also equipped with the advanced Vortex detector.

SFT110 : Coating thickness analysis tool

SFT9500 : Advanced coating and mutlispot analysis with X-Y-Zsample stage and poly capillary X-Ray Optics.
